How to make amla product at home

Amla juice recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 plump Amla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • One fourth teaspoon salt
  • 300ml chilled water

Method

  • Chop Amla into small pieces.
  • Discard seeds.
  • In a mixie the pieces into a paste by entering little water.
  • Delete the paste into water and honey.
  • Stairwell and soft chilled.

Amla hair oil

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Amla
  • 250 ml pure coconut oil

Method

  • Cut Amla into small pieces.
  • In ta hick bottom vessel, heat coconut oil.
  • At Amla pieces and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove once the oil turns dark in colour allowed it to cool.
  • Strain in a glass bottle and use it daily.

 Amla murabba

Ingredients

  • 15 fresh Amla
  • 250-gram sugar
  • 15 gram
  • Wash Amla and let dry. Prick holes in the fruit with a fork.
  • In a deep bottomed vessel, boil water and add Amla. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain the water and keep fruit aside.
  • add sugar to 3 cups of water and let it boil and fruit and let it simmer for 30 minutes keep the sugar-soaked Amla aside for today’s do not refrigerate.
  • Drain the sugar syrup into a deep bottom pan.
  • Put in on flame, let it took for 15 minutes will it completely before the content into an airtight glass container or jar
  • It stays fresh for 6 months over without refrigeration.
