Sometimes back I was reading a story about the Chinese bamboo tree. I found it so similar to the story of everybody’s life that how amazingly it influences and affects every facet of life. The whole story is narrated in brief.
Once you plant this tree, you will have to water it, fertilize it, and nurture it regularly without any break. But nothing happens in the first year. We repeat this exercise in the second year with the same devotion and dedication, but again nothing happens. And it does not come to its end here only, we have to continue it for four years in a row.

One morning, we wake up and see a small bamboo sprig, then the next day an even bigger and in the next five weeks, it will grow up to 90 ft. or 27 meters. In today’s world, it is always very difficult for us to wait for the result and not receiving any evidence of progress or effect of the efforts made.
The lessons I learned which may be relevant to all!

To achieve long term success in life, we need to have a strong foundation of character, value system, dynamic approach, patience, and attitude. We have to develop a self-monitoring system on different benchmarks of small action and correction on every day.

Real success takes its own time. With diligent effort we get closer to our goals only when we do right things at the right intervals. It’s always very difficult to wait for results and not seeing any evidence of progress or effect of efforts. But doing something with patience and faith with enduring continuance is more important than doing it more perfectly.
Pursuing a dream becomes a sure thing, if we don’t give up. If we keep on watering and fertilizing our dream, and also nurture with all the sincerity, it will come to fruition. It may take weeks, months, or even years, but eventually, the roots will take hold and it will grow magically to be acknowledged and acclaimed by everyone.
