Start your day with size zero drink on empty stomach. This drink is super effective in burning fat and helps in losing weight. Replacement to Pineapple is Kiwis.
The second ingredient to go in the blender is 2 cucumbers it has zero fat and low calories. It helps to reduce blotting and keeps our body cool to use them with skin on. The third ingredient to go into the blender is 2 inches of fresh skin peeled zinger. It gives the feeling of fullness and suppresses obesity it helps to food digest faster. Fill the blender with 700-750ml of water. Blend it until everything is nicely done lastly add some fresh lemon juice give it a mix and have it.

Add 4 cups of water in a pan and boil it for 5mins then add the mint spice mix. Allow it to boil for 5minutes until the flavours are absorbed. Almonds also help to decrease belly fat.

For Dinner either have chia pudding or two boiled eggs you can also add some seasoning to boiled eggs like some salt and black pepper powder. To make chia pudding soak 1 cup of chia seeds and 1 cup of organic skimmed milk. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or a good quality honey mix all well and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
