Society, community, and family are all conserving institutions. Organizations have to attract people, hold people, recognize and reward people, motivate people and save and satisfy people. Organizations need to be structured with a high degree of decentralization to achieve optimum participation and contribution from every member of it. Unless power is balanced by responsibility, it becomes tyranny. Without responsibility, power always degenerates into non-performance.
The organization’s function is to put knowledge to work on tools, products, processes, and systems on the design of work and knowledge. It’s the nature of knowledge that it changes fast and that today’s certainties become tomorrow’s absurdities or liabilities. In the society of organizations, it is safe to assume that anyone with any knowledge will have to acquire new knowledge every four or five years because it becomes obsolete by that time. Education polishes our minds, reinforces our thoughts, strengthens our character, and helps in developing our behavior. Education provides us with the considerable mental agility to make the right decisions and spring into action when needed

Education if looked at beyond its conventional boundaries, it forms the very essence of our actions. People without education are like buildings without foundations. Education or knowledge loses its relevance in the absence of society. People can bring development only, when they know, where improvement is required for the good of society. Education can be regarded as an important medium in changing one’s individuality. If there’s a deficit of educated people, society will stop its further progress. Education is the milestone of any nation’s development. Thus education is a major aspect of the development of any modern society or country.
