Drink 1: Ginger Turmeric Tea(Immunity Booster)

Ginger – 2 inch

Cinnamon – 1 inch

Cloves – ½ table spoon

Cardamom – 5 pods

Pepper -1 table spoon

Crush all these spices to a rough paste with the help of mortar and pestle. Add 4 cups of water in a  pan and boil it for 2mins than add the ginger spice  mix, Turmeric powder – ½ table spoon, Jaggery – 1 table spoon mix it well and boil it upto the flavours  are absorsed. After filtering finally add one table spoon of lemon juice. consume it once in a day .

Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped into small pieces

Cinnamon -1 inch

Cinnamon – 1 inch

Clove – ½ table spoon

Pepper – ½ table spoon
