Plastic bags and bottles have been transformed into footwear by a 23-year-old climate warrior. Since July 2021, Ashay Bhave, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) student, has turned his concept into a business model, recycling 50,000 plastic bags and 35,000 plastic bottles. He came to limelight while working on a couple of design projects while studying for his master’s.
