We live in two worlds, a world outside of ourselves (Physical World) containing things that others can also see, hear and touch. And the second world, a world inside us, consisting of our thoughts and imaginations which only exists in our mind.

To perceive the outside world, our brain combines signals entering into our brains through eyes, with what we expect the world to look like, based on our past experiences. Recent studies show that when we imagine a cat in our mind’s eye, a similar network of brain area gets activated, as when we see a real cat, out in the world. “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are”.
We always try to draw the lines of cause and its effect for every concept we touch, and the situation we live in. We have an insatiable desire to fit reality within the limits of our understanding only. If we don’t comprehend something, we strive to make it comprehensible. The strangest thing about reality is, how unstrange it is. In actuality, the reality is never strange. The only reason it appears to be is that we interact with it through the lens of human consciousness, which itself has its limitations of predispositions and attributes. We view reality with certain expectations. The base of these expectations is our personal experience and our logical intuition. So, what reality is? The physical world in which we live is a reality or an illusion? Let’s try to understand.
The fine line between what’s real and what is not has been very thin rather blurred. Thought creates the world for us. We project that outside as a projector does in the cinema hall. We inevitably, only live their effects and on it being adverse, we say “why me”.

It’s not my fault. So, each of us lives the effects of those thoughts, which is only our TRUTH, our WORLD, and only our REALITY. Truth, world, and reality for us, are only the product of our mind, being operated from a strong foundation of illusion. The difference between dream and reality is by the test of coherence and persistence of our experience.
Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true, is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our precepts. What we perceive is what we look for. What we look for depends on what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality. We are enmeshed or trapped in the circularity of thought only.
As per John Wheeler, “No elementary quantum phenomenon is a phenomenon, until it is registered (observed) phenomenon. In the whole process “conscious observer is indispensable”. REALITY DOES NOT EXIST UNTIL OBSERVED. You may think that we can change reality, but we are not changing reality, we are changing what we have learned about what reality is, what it is going to be. “Reality is learning, learning is reality”. Reality is dynamic and always changing with time. Humans have a natural tendency to project their partial experience as the whole truth in the form of reality.

Reality can never be compatible with the philosophy and modern science /physics. We make models in science, but we also make models in everyday life. Model, dependent realism applies not only to scientific models but also to conscious and subconscious models. These models we create to interpret and understand every day in the world. There is no way to remove the observer (which is us) from our perception of the world. This perception is created through sensory processing and through the way, we think and reason. And hence the observation, upon which our theories are based are real perceptions. If we look at the whole process from a biological angle, we will find that it is not direct, but rather is shaped by a kind of lens, which is called the interpretative structure of the human brain only.
Reality appears incredibly nuanced, because the lens via which we view it, comes in through infinite shades. Reality itself has only one shade. That shade is the shade of only omnipresence. It may exist with or without us. Whenever we discover something new, we are updating what little we knew about it. But its fundamental nature remains the same. Then the trial and error process starts, which is an integral and essential part of the process of understanding reality. There’s a fine line between what is real and what is not real. For time immemorial, MYTHS, IMAGINATIONS, and RELIGIOUS PERCEPTIONS are the factors that shape our understanding of reality.
These factors are the foundation of illusion because our mind draws from our ordinary blueprint, which consists of our genetic makeup, our experience of the environment and finally it is coupled with our epigenetic. Our ordinary blueprint is always based upon the past, which is stubbornly no more than a persistent illusion. It means that each time our brain picks up our ordinary blueprint as its foundation. Then it will be operating from the basis of illusion which in turn is our “world” our “reality” and our “truth”. So, ultimately Reality is nothing more than an illusion.
For a common man to understand the importance of reality, “A man can’t directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances”. James Allen. Mental creation always processes physical creation. Before a building is physically constructed, there’s always a blueprint. Your thoughts are the blueprints of the life you are building. When you learn to channel your thinking (myths and belief) both consciously and subconsciously, you create the conditions, that achieve your goals, which is inevitable. It will help you crystallize, where you want to go, and how you will reach there. You are the designer of your reality or destiny.
